the start of my weightloss journey (day1, week 1)

hi everyone ;)

i thought i would start a weight loss blog and share it with everyone.
I hope people will join and support me on my weightloss journey ;)

I hope to loose lots of weight and keep it off.

i plan to do pilates and the exercises on the kinect for the xbox, things like lunges, squats (aerobics).

I currently weight 80.6kgs and my first goal is to get back to 78kgs which is what i was before i had the miscarriage recently.

I then would like to get to:

74kgs
70kgs
65kgs

then finally 63kgs.

I jumped on the kinect for the xbox on monday for 20 mins and i went for a walk with the kids to the park for 30 mins.

weigh in day is each saturday.

  1. hiya i ended up putting on 5.5kgs after the miscarriage as i got depressed and ate too much.

    i went upto 83.5kgs, i now weigh 82kgs.

    i went for a 7 hour walk or more around redbank and ipswich ( shopping centre, just ipswich tho not the shopping centre).

    i plan to take the kids to the park later today, we bought them some sand toys each to take down to the park.

    weight in is this saturday

  2. I have lost 1.3kgs this month so far :)

    i walked 6 days out of 7 last week and went for a walk yesterday :)

    i am currently 80.6kgs ;)

    until next weigh in which is this saturday ;)
