hiya everyone

ive been eating pretty well this week and if i exercise today and tumorrow, then ive done exercise 5 days this week :)

i was 83.5kgs just after the miscarriage, i lost 1kg this week yay ;) im now 81kgs ;)

hiya i went for a 20 min walk with the kids most days this week.

today we went ice skating as a family, there are videos on my facebook if anyone would like a look :)

the start of my weightloss journey (day1, week 1)

hi everyone ;)

i thought i would start a weight loss blog and share it with everyone.
I hope people will join and support me on my weightloss journey ;)

I hope to loose lots of weight and keep it off.

i plan to do pilates and the exercises on the kinect for the xbox, things like lunges, squats (aerobics).

I currently weight 80.6kgs and my first goal is to get back to 78kgs which is what i was before i had the miscarriage recently.

I then would like to get to:

74kgs
70kgs
65kgs

then finally 63kgs.

I jumped on the kinect for the xbox on monday for 20 mins and i went for a walk with the kids to the park for 30 mins.

weigh in day is each saturday.
